By accessing this Site, participating in training, purchasing products, or engaging with our services as a patient or provider, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Medical & Educational Disclaimer

NeoWell Regenerative Group provides regenerative medicine services, training, and educational content for both patients and licensed healthcare professionals.

  • All content is for educational and informational purposes only

  • Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Providers are responsible for exercising independent clinical judgment

  • Patients should always consult a qualified licensed medical provider

Participation in trainings or protocols does not guarantee clinical outcomes or competency.

2. Eligibility

  • Patients must be 18 years or older, unless approved by a provider with guardian consent

  • Providers engaging in trainings must hold appropriate active licensure within their jurisdiction

  • By using this Site, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful

 

3. Services & Participation

For Patients:

By scheduling or receiving regenerative services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical history

  • Complete all required consent forms

  • Follow pre- and post-treatment protocols

For Providers:

By participating in training, mentorship, or purchasing regenerative products, you agree:

  • That NeoWell is not liable for clinical decisions or patient outcomes

4. Appointments, Training & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments or trainings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations (<24 hours) result in forfeiture of deposit

NeoWell reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or reschedule services or training

  • Remove participants for unprofessional, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

 

5. Regenerative Treatments, Products & Training

NeoWell Regenerative Group may provide:

  • Regenerative biologic treatments

  • Medical devices or supplies

  • Clinical training and mentorship programs

You acknowledge:

  • Regenerative medicine is an evolving field

  • Outcomes are variable and patient-dependent

  • Training does not replace formal medical education or licensure

 

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due at time of booking or purchase

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified

Non-refundable items include:

  • Training programs

  • Deposits

  • Memberships

  • Regenerative products (unless defective)

Packages, promotions, and memberships are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

 

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Misrepresent credentials or licensure

  • Use products outside approved or legal scope

  • Interfere with site functionality or security

Violation may result in:

  • Termination of access

  • Removal from programs

  • Legal action if applicable

8. Intellectual Property

  • Distributed

  • Taught or resold

Providers assume full responsibility for their medical decisions and patient care.
